We originally asked for a simple plain bangle, but he suggested adding a custom name and design using laser engraving, saying it would look unique and special. He even showed us a few samples, and we instantly loved the idea. He went ahead and made it the same day, and the final result turned out absolutely stunning, far beyond what we imagined.
